What we're most proud of is that we use rice flour! It has a moister texture and you can taste the natural sweetness of the rice flour. We also "steam" our bagels, so they are full of moisture and you can enjoy a chewy texture that you can't find anywhere else. You can choose from four types of bagels, and they come with a salad, soup, a side dish, and a soft drink.
